Hello from Japan. This is a completely handmade pendant with a lucky design called “Ulzihee” painted by maki-e technique. The Ulzihee is one of the “auspicious patterns” used in Mongolia, and it is believed that the owner of an item with the Ulzihee on it will receive various kinds of good fortune.
How about wearing it on your bosom as a good-luck charm? The pattern of this pendant represents “infinity” and wishes for happiness to last forever. The opaque yellow amber from Lithuania is Urushi-lacquer-worked (Makie worked) with a traditional Mongolian design of “Ulzihee”.
A part of the square surrounded by blue lines of lacquer is decorated with abalone shells.
Comes with a leather strap (black, genuine leather, 40 cm + adjuster 5 cm)
Gold chain in the photo is not included in this listing.
Material: amber
Metal fittings: K18
Size: 40mm x 21mm x 9mm (approximate length x width x thickness)
Weight: 3.7 grams (weight of pendant only)
