Hello from Japan.
This is a Japanese hair accessory using cloisonne enamel technology.
Keiko Sera is a remarkable cloisonne enamel artist who has elevated the delicate cloisonne enamel ware, which Japanese people have always loved, to a contemporary art form of Arts & Crafts with her unique style while using traditional techniques.

The motifs are clothed in traditional Japanese beauty, crossed with a plump “cuteness”. The beautiful hairpin with sparrows, snow and bamboo creates Japanese elegance. As a lucky charm that is both gorgeous and delicate, it will be a healing ornament not only for you but also for those around you.

Beautiful in both display and use, the design is a gem of harmony between Japanese tradition and modern sensibilities. It is not only a hair ornament as a trinket, but also a wonderful interior decoration that can be displayed on the wall as it comes with a frame.

How about a special gift for your loved ones?

Cloisonne enamel ware is a craft in which a glassy glaze is baked onto a metal base (mainly copper plate) at a high temperature of 800°C. The word “cloisonne” is a Buddhist term meaning beautiful colors and brilliance as if scattered with seven jewels.
